How it works · Three pieces, one system

From a scroll on Instagram to a member who books again

Most studios in Dubai already run ads, post daily and answer DMs. What they lack is the chain that links the three: an offer worth a trial, a booking that takes 30 seconds, and a follow-up that happens even when the desk is busy. This is what we build, and how the first month goes.

Piece one

Ads that sell one thing: a trial session

Studio ads usually fail for a boring reason: they sell the studio. Nobody books a studio. People book a class, at a time, for a price they understand. So every ad we run points to one intro offer, shown to people who live or work within fifteen minutes of your door.

The creative is filmed in your space with your instructors. A reformer class at 7am with the sun coming in does more than any stock video. We cut three to five versions, let Meta pick the winners, and replace the losers every week.

  • Campaigns built in your own Meta ad account, which stays yours
  • Targeting by neighbourhood and radius, with the slots you want to fill
  • Three to five creatives per month, refreshed from your content
  • Every trial request tracked back to the ad that produced it

Piece two

A booking page that takes 30 seconds

The ad works. The person taps. Then she lands on a page that asks her to download an app, create an account and add a card before she has even seen the timetable. Half of the people who were ready to come leave right there.

Our page does one thing. She sees the classes with open spots, picks one, leaves her name and WhatsApp number, and she is done. Payment, if your offer has one, happens after the confirmation, or at the desk. Your current software keeps running the schedule.

  • On your domain, in your colours, mobile first
  • Shows only the slots you want to fill
  • Works alongside Mindbody, Glofox, Momence, ClassPass or a simple spreadsheet
  • Every booking lands in one inbox your desk can see

Piece three

WhatsApp follow-up that runs while you teach

This is where most of the money is. A trial booked and then forgotten shows up half the time. A trial that got a reply in under five minutes, a reminder the day before and a message after class with your intro pack converts far more often. None of that requires a person typing at 11pm.

We write the messages in your studio's voice and connect them to the booking page. The first reply, the reminder and the post-class message go out on their own. A real question lands with your desk in the same conversation, with the context already there.

  • First reply in under five minutes, day or night
  • Reminder the day before, with what to bring and where to park
  • Message after class with your intro pack, sent while the class is still fresh
  • Opt-out in every conversation, no purchased lists, no cold messages

The first month

Week by week

W0

The call

20 minutes on your schedule, your empty slots, your intro offer and what a member is worth to you. You get a plan and a price the same day.

W1

Build and film

One filming session at your studio. We build the ads, the booking page and the WhatsApp flow. You approve every message before it goes live.

W2

Launch

Ads go live. The first trial bookings usually arrive within days. Your desk sees them in one inbox and does what it already does well.

W3+

Optimise and convert

Losing creatives out, winning ones scaled. Trials become intro packs, intro packs become members. Every Monday you get the numbers.

Questions about the method

What studio owners ask about how it works

Do I have to be there for the filming?

One session of about two hours with one or two instructors and a few members who agree to be filmed. Phone footage is fine. If you already have good content, we start from that and film later.

What if my schedule is only empty at certain hours?

That is the normal case. The ads and the trial offer are built around the slots you want to fill, for example weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings, not around your busiest classes.

Can my front desk keep using our current booking software?

Yes. The trial page sits next to your existing system. Trials booked through it are added to your schedule the way you do it today, and the WhatsApp follow-up runs on its own.

How do you measure a member?

A trial is counted when the person books. A show is counted when your desk marks them present. A member is counted when they buy an intro pack or a membership. You see the three numbers every week, with the cost of each.
