Everything studio owners ask before they start
Twenty questions we get on calls with studios in Dubai, with the answers we give. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp and you will have an answer the same day.
Before you start
Is this for my studio?
Which studios do you work with?
Pilates and reformer studios first, then yoga, boutique fitness, boxing, padel clubs, cycling studios and personal training studios in Dubai. If your classes are already full, we will tell you on the call and you will not need us.
My studio is new and has no members yet. Can you help?
Yes, and this is often where the system works best, because every slot is empty and every trial counts. We start with the intro offer and the launch week, then keep the ads on while the community builds.
My studio is already busy at peak times. Is it still worth it?
Only if you have off-peak slots to fill. The ads and the offer are built around those slots, for example weekday afternoons, and the follow-up pushes new members towards them. If every class is full, you do not need us.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Our studio work is in Dubai, where Dorian is based and can come to your studio. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah studios can be discussed on the call. Incimedia also runs a separate service for tradespeople in France and Quebec, in French.
Do I need a new website?
No. Your website stays as it is. We add one page built for one job: booking a trial in 30 seconds. It works alongside Mindbody, Glofox, Momence, ClassPass or whatever you already use.
How fast do the first trials come in?
Ads are live within a week of the call. The first trial bookings usually arrive in the first days after launch. Turning trials into members takes the length of your intro offer, typically two to four weeks.
Ads and budget
How the ads and the money work
How much ad budget do I need?
Most studios start between AED 2,000 and 6,000 a month in ad spend, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account. The right number depends on how many slots you need to fill. We size it with you on the call and adjust after two weeks.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. The ad budget is paid by you, directly to Meta, from your own ad account. You see every dirham in Ads Manager. Our monthly fee is separate and announced before anything starts.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We work inside your Meta Business account with partner access. If you stop, you keep the account, the pixel, the audiences and the history.
Do I have to be filmed?
One session of about two hours with an instructor or two and a few members who agree to it. Phone footage is fine. If you already have good content, we start from that.
Do you also run Google Ads?
For studios, Meta is where the trial bookings come from, so that is where we start. Google Ads can be added once the intro offer converts, mostly to catch people already searching for a studio in your area.
Booking page and WhatsApp
The part that turns trials into members
What does the booking page do that my app does not?
It removes every step between the ad and the booking. No download, no account, no card up front. Pick a class, leave a name and a WhatsApp number, done. Your app keeps running the schedule and the payments.
Who answers the WhatsApp messages?
The first reply, the reminder and the message after class are automatic and written in your studio’s voice. Real conversations land with your front desk in the same inbox, so nobody waits.
Is this compliant with UAE rules on messaging?
Yes. People only receive WhatsApp messages after they have asked for a trial and left their number themselves. No cold messaging, no purchased lists, and an opt-out in every conversation.
Which WhatsApp number is used?
Your studio’s number, on the WhatsApp Business platform. If you do not have one yet, we set it up in your name. The conversations and the contacts stay yours.
Can the messages be in Arabic or French as well?
Yes. Most studios in Dubai run English by default. We can add an Arabic or French version of the sequence, and the person gets the language she wrote in.
Working together
Contract, reporting and stopping
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The plan is monthly. Everything is written down before we start: what is included, the trial target for month one and how to stop.
What do I receive every week?
A short report every Monday: trials booked, trials that showed up, members, cost per trial and per member, and what changes this week. Plain English, no dashboard to learn.
What if it does not work?
A month-one trial target is agreed on the call. If we miss it, month two is free for the first three studios. If trials come in but nobody buys, we fix the offer or the follow-up before spending more.
Can I pause during the summer?
Yes. Many studios slow down in July and August. The plan is monthly, so you can pause and restart. Your page and your ad account stay in place.

Still have a question? Ask it on the call.
A 20-minute call to look at your schedule, your intro offer and what a new member is worth to you. You leave with a plan and a price. No obligation.
